Meet Our Team
Dr. Brandon Barnette grew up in a small town in Washington state, the middle of three boys. His parents were helped through Chiropractic care while he was young. After graduating high school, he lived and served for two years as a missionary for his church in The Dominican Republic; becoming fluent in Spanish.
Dr. Barnette received his Bachelor's in Business Management from BYU-Idaho in 2008. He went on to earn a Bachelor's in Human Biology and his Doctorate of Chiropractic from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon.
As soon as he could escape rainy Portland, Dr. Barnette moved to Las Vegas to work for Neck and Back Clinics as their Spanish speaking Chiropractor. He gained experience working with a variety of medical professionals including neurosurgeons, orthopedists, pain management specialists, and physician’s assistants in a multidisciplinary practice setting. During his time there he helped over 2000 patients. Dr. Barnette came to love the Spanish community and improved his command of the language as he worked almost exclusively with Spanish speakers in Las Vegas.
Dr. Barnette lives in Rancho Santa Margarita with his wife of 10 years, their three children, and their rambunctious dog, Winston.
Dr. Barnette has extensive experience treating injuries related to car accidents. He is excited to help as many as he can in the Santa Ana area including the underserved Spanish speaking community.

Roxannee is the first face you see when you walk in our door at Costa Vista Chiropractic. Her bright personality and caring nature will help you feel comfortable during the check-in process and throughout your entire visit with us. The youngest of six girls, she spent most of her life living right here in Southern California. She is fluent in English and Spanish. She attended UEI to become a certified medical assistant and is currently working towards her degree in massage therapy.
During her free time, Roxannee loves to dance, hike, and work out at the gym. However, her favorite thing to do is curl up with a good book!
Ceili is passionate about patient care. While you may see her at the front desk, she spends most of her time in the back helping our patients with their exercises and passive care. She loves that each patient brings a unique situation, and wants to help you feel better!
Ceili was also born and raised here in Orange County; the youngest of two. She speaks Spanish and English. At home, she has four Red Eared turtles, and she enjoys hiking, basketball, and baking. She has an AA in math and science, and she is currently working towards her BS in Kinesiology with hopes to go on to become a Physical Therapist.
